The faculty offers its tutors two training days per semester in cooperation with the department for University didactics. The trainings focus on how to activate the students, how to deal with heterogenous groups, how to make the tutorial a splendid one and more!
Tutors can voluntarily evaluate their tutorial. The Dean's office sends an request once per semester. The results do not influence the Faculty's course evaluations. The tutors get the results directly. It is not mandatory to discuss the results with the teachers of the attached course, but can be agreed upon.
