The faculty reimburses part of assistant lecturer's travel expenses. Please fill in the form below and hand it in at the dean's office together with all receipts.
Assistant lecturers from Switzerland
Reimbursement is only possible with all receipts. The faculty reimburses 25% of a second class ticket.
Assistant lecturers from abroad
Reimbursement is only possible with all receipts. The faculty reimburses 50% of a second class ticket or average economy plane ticket. We ask all institutes to please tell the lecturers to book as early as possible. If a teacher has to travel to Bern more than once, the faculty reimburses a maximum of CHF 1'000.- for one class. The institutes can cover additional costs. In cases of hardship, the institute can apply for full cost coverage at the Collegium decanale.
