The faculty reimburses part of the travel expenses for adjunct lecturers traveling from abroad. Please complete the form and submit it, together with all receipts, to the Dean’s Office.
The faculty reimburses 50% of the attached second-class tickets. For air travel, the faculty reimburses 50% of an average economy-class ticket and requests that bookings be made as early as possible.
If adjunct lecturers travel multiple times, the maximum reimbursement per teaching assignment is CHF 1,000.
Institutes may cover additional costs. In cases of hardship, the institute may submit a justified request to the Collegium Decanale for full coverage of the costs.
