Course evaluations

The faculty evaluates all courses regularly which means at least once every two years with a standardized questionnaire. Teachers can design questionnaires individually in cooperation with the vice rectorate for quality management.

The cours evaluation allows the teachers to do some self-monitoring and the students to give feedback. The vice rectorate for quality management assess the questionaires and sends the results to the teachers. The teachers are obliged to discuss the results with their students during the running semester.

The complete set of results is sent to the person responsible for the faculty's QSE and the dean. The acting directors get one set of their institute's results each semester. Teachers with critical results must again evaluate their courses in the following semester. If there are again critical values, the dean discusses the results with the persons (their superior on case they are assistants) and they agree upon measures to improve the values e.g. didactics courses.
